Undefeated junior Welterweight champion Timothy Bradley gets his hands taped during a jam-packed media day in preparation for his upcoming World Welterweight title fight against WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao. Timothy Bradley’s fight week media day work out took place at the famed Kronk Gym.
Less than three weeks before Pacquiao defends his mythical title of pound-for-pound king at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Bradley said he believes that he has the style to befuddle the pound-for-pound chapion.
“I can deal with any southpaw,” Timothy Bradley said, noting that he has learned how to deal with their lefty stance after beating Devon Alexander and Joel Casamayor.
“I’m a lot more familiar with the southpaw stance…I’m just a lot better with that now at competing and defeating southpaws. It’s not a big deal anymore. You know, switching up and having to face a southpaw can be tricky. But it’s just like riding a bike to me, now.”
Bradley, unbeaten in 28 fights with 12 knockouts, is in the final two weeks of training in Palm Springs, California, and he is eager to get his hands on Pacquiao. Since has has mastered Pacquiao’s moves, Bradley said he plans to “dominate” him en route to scoring the biggest win of his career.
